Altuna Art is the brainchild of Melbourne based visionary artist, illustrator and graphic designer Pedro Altuna. Since 2013, Altuna has been refining his new illustration style, inspired in part from the psychedelic effects of plant-based medicines and his new found connection to his Basque and Galician heritage from Spain. By allowing himself to enter a flow state using music and the energy of his surroundings, Altuna uses an automatic drawing technique to capture interwoven visions, energy portraits, mandalas, sacred realms and transmissions from beyond. Altuna Art offers insights and glimpses of other worlds in a style reminiscent of fantasy art and graffiti mixed with elements of sacred geometry.
