As you’re aware, Esoteric 2022 has been postponed to the new dates 11-15 March 2022 (Labour Day Weekend)

All tickets for ESO22 are now valid for the new dates.

Hello Eso Family, first of all we would like to thank all of you for your patience and support over the last few months, our team has been working non stop to ensure everyone is heard during such a challenging times. From the bottom of our hearts we hope everyone is doing OK… This is without a doubt the hardest lockdown yet and the whole team at eso wishes you well.

We have had some great news come in the last couple days for events and the roadmap out of the crazy pandemic, things are looking better than ever for March 2022.

For those with valid tickets who are planning to attend can ignore the rest of this message. For those with valid tickets who cannot make the new postponed dates and require a refund for either the Esoteric Launch Party or Esoteric 2022 then the following applies to you…

From today for the next 2 weeks the refund window is open, Tixel resale & name changes are also paused during this time for all tickets. Any refund requests after Weds 13 October will be declined, so if you need one then act quickly by following the below instructions.

To ensure that only the correct tickets can be refunded and to save months of time processing refunds, there is a new process introduced by our ticketing supplier Triniq. Original purchasers need to log in and click the Request a Refund button on the desired eligible tickets via triniq.com/profile

After the refund request button is triggered, we are aiming to process those refunds before the end of October. Only an original purchaser can do this action and the money will be refunded back onto the card that it was paid from.

If your friend purchased for you then you need to speak to them to carry out this refund request action.

Note that if your ticket is not valid, name changed or sold on tixel then this refund request feature will not be available on your ticket dashboard. Original purchasers can reset their password from the login screen, if for any reason you experience account, login or other technical issues then please email support@triniq.com.
