We keep our traditional woodfire panino and fresh pasta as wholesome as possible, all handmade, minimally processed. We offer bread and focaccia baked onsite in a woodfire oven, with traditional slow fermentation methods —wholesome and truly unique. We are committed to using the freshest, least processed ingredients.
We believe in wholesome food, which nourishes our body, rather than taking energy away. No premade focaccias or packaged pasta. No veggies from a tin, No deep fried food.
