Just over a year ago, the universe pushed me in the direction to hold space for meditation and sound healing; when my spiritual mentor and meditation teacher had to step back from guiding our meditation group. Having so much gratitude for being given this opportunity, I am now dedicated to guiding others on their path to other dimensions, inner peace, growth, rejuvenation and healing through immersive guided meditations and sound healing experiences 💗.
As I journey, I am grateful to be joined by my guide Ahanita🙏✨. It brings us so much joy to create transformative spaces with love and grace. I feel so blessed to have opportunities to create immersive meditation experiences and sonic journeys that support people to connect with themselves, spirit and higher beings, on profound levels, or to simply just be, and deeply relax.
Each experience is different, being guided by Ahanita, Gaia’s flow and collective energies. Sometimes I have a vision of what will transpire, other times it simply flows though me like water flowing over rocks or like a torrential downpour [a story for another time 🤣].
I put my heart and soul into each session, supporting people to fully immerse themselves in the meditation message and/or the beauty of the symphony of healing vibrations of the sound healing instruments.
My sessions begin with a balancing and clearing attunement to clear away stagnant energy and invite harmony into people’s being. Through breath, guided meditation and vibrational melodies of crystal bowls, resonant gongs, chimes, 7 metal Tibetan bowls and other instruments that the universe has sent my way I guide people on a profound inner journey, releasing that which no longer serves them and bringing in that which they need, with open hearts and renewed spirits 🙏.
