Carlotta Menna: I am originally from Italy, I have been living in New Zealand and Australia for over 6 years. I have been working with movement, dance, belly dance, aerial dance, fire spinning, contemporary dance and yoga for over 10 years, teaching and performing in different countries and festivals. In 2012 I obtained a qualification as contemporary and oriental dance teacher after a 3 years academy and I have been teaching oriental dances since 2010. In the past 4 years I got more and more passionate about yoga and that led me to get my vinyasa and Hatha yoga 200 hours YTTC plus other 75 hours YTTC in other yoga styles such as aerial yoga and SUP yoga. I love teaching! I have been running regular classes and workshops for groups in different countries and settings and for people of different ages and background. My yoga teaching has a main focus on safety, alignment and having fun 🙂 Based between Sydney and the Byronshire where I teach yoga and perform regularly.
Luisa Brunetti: I have traveled around the world, from South America to India, to study and learn more about healing practises and ancient disciplines. I am a yoga, meditation and hula hooper teacher, breath work facilitator and circus addicted. My style is creative and somehow challenging. I have been teaching full time for 4 years around Melbourne and in various festivals with extreme success.
This workshop is a modern and funnier version of traditional yoga. Carlotta and Luisa will take you into a journey to stretch your body and built trust. The goal is to connect with others through the physical body and the breath. Get ready for some eye gazing and synchronised breathing. Explore your boundaries, connect with strangers, stretch your body and relax your mind!
