Cassie is a Melbourne based yoga teacher with a background in massage & wellness.
She teaches a variety of styles of yoga with a real emphasis of mindfulness and balancing the bodies energy/chakra centres in her practices to release what you no longer need and feel back into your centre.
She enjoys a creating a creative flow, incorporating breathwork techniques, kriyas & building strength from within.

Then as you’ll be guided into a yoga nidra reset, to deeply nourish your nervous system, rest the body & the mind while letting your body come into a place of prescence to absorb the current moment, hearing & feeling the energy of the wonderful festival we all get to be apart of.
