Introduction to Ashtanga yoga class – a modified version of the Primary series to introduce participants to this traditional method. We will incorporate breathing techniques and postures, linking breath and movement to experience Ashtanga yoga as a moving meditation.
I am a qualified yoga instructor based in Melbourne. I found my passion for yoga at 2000m above the sea level, in the middle of the Italian alps. After much soul-searching, I finally found home in my own body. I took my passion for yoga to England, India and now Australia. I embrace the practice as a means to connect mind, body and spirit. Having experienced the deeply transformational and healing qualities of yoga, I am keen to share the practice with anyone who is willing to embark on a journey of discovery of the self through asana, meditation and pranayama.
