Kathryn Toomey is a Massage Therapist, and qualified in Reiki I & II, Pregnancy Massage, Crystal Science, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. She has a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and a Diploma in Remedial Massage and is currently completing an Art Therapy qualification.
She is a children’s book author, Best Selling in multi-author books Lunar Wisdom, Magnetic Abundance and Return to the Mother World. An accomplished actor and returning extra on the Australian series’ Wentworth and Neighbours, Tropfest Junior awards host, guesting on international podcasts. And offers her services as a workshop facilitator and privately with clients.
SYNOPSIS:
Taking the space and turning it into a massage workshop where people come and watch we show some professional techniques that I use during a massage treatment -we get up a volunteer and use and give participants the opportunity to give and receive massage in a trusting and generous environment, where they can tune into their healing body and nurturing those around them.
My idea is promote Massage by exploring different strokes that can be used on the body and different parts of the body that respond well. Last year we had everyone sitting in a circle and turned it into a massage train of people doing head, neck and shoulder massage. I provided oil & gave out some essential oils which is loverly to use in nature and at the festival.
That would be the best of what I’d like to offer in manifesting fun and enjoyment at Esoteric. I held this workshop in the space last 3 years and went to my first Esoteric in 2019 phew!!!
