Thao is a naturopath in the making and a meditation facilitator. She thrives in creating a space of play and joy, from HIIT workouts to group meditations. She advocates for mindfulness that is accessible to each of us, no need for cross legged sitting or hyper focus, we all have a mind and the ability to be mindful of it.
Through her workshops she facilitates a space that lets you tune in to your natural curiousity and ability to play.
SYNOPSIS:
A space for play in the big playground that is the doof, in this workshop we will try out a series of meditations* (laughter based activities) that will allow you to move in to your body and share some hearty laughs.
As we try out the various exercises we will learn how different type of laughing makes you feel in your body and the effect it can have on your headspace. Ultimately connecting to laughter allows us to release endorphins and good vibes which you can then share to the wider doof community. Ps bring a friend, laughing is even better with others.
