Mary is a compassionate leader specialising in relationships, personal growth, and holistic community care and development. As the co-founder of One Love Humanity and founder and CEO of One Love Community Care, she is deeply committed to the evolution of a sustainable humanity. Recognising the vital importance of mental health, Mary emphasizes the significance of both individual and community approaches to recovery. She firmly believes that nurturing stronger individuals contributes to a stronger society, where the value of everyone’s unique gifts and differences is cherished, ultimately leading to profound social and societal progress.
Mary is a dedicated professional committed to personal and professional development, as evidenced by her educational achievements and certifications. She is currently in her final year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Development) and is concurrently studying Community Services (Case Management). These academic pursuits provide her with a comprehensive understanding of local and global affairs and the skills necessary to address complex social issues, human rights advocacy, and humanitarian interventions.
Additionally, Mary is a fully certified medical health counsellor, which demonstrates her expertise in providing support and guidance to individuals facing various health challenges. Her counselling certification signifies her commitment to helping others achieve emotional well-being and long term sustainable personal growth.
Drawing from her extensive decade-long experience, Mary has worked globally with individuals, couples, and families, empowering them to cultivate relationships that are happier, richer, and aligned with their values and lifestyles. Moreover, she has guided thousands of couples through trauma and pain, offering advanced mediation and expert guidance, ultimately facilitating reconciliation and healing within their relationships.

Established in 2014 Jonathan is co-founder and creator of One Love Humanity along side his wife Mary Mikhael (www.onelovehumanity.com). One Love Humanity is an organisation standing for the empowerment, positive connections, and healing of individuals, communities, and humanity. He stands for the Vision and Mission of One Love Humanity. He is the CEO, and together with Mary, he designs and delivers all One Love Humanity programs.
Along side his wife Mary Mikhael, Jonathan is co-founder of One Love Community Care Pty Ltd established in 2023, an organisation standing for the empowerment, positive connections, and skill development of those with disabilities, and delivering unique and specialised support services and respite, a strong focus on capacity building, and respect for diversity and inclusion. He stands for the Vision and Mission of One Love Community Care.

Some of Jonathan’s credentials include; accredited with Master Certificates in Executive Business Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, as well as a Diploma in Hypnosis (Advanced Dip SOH). Jonathan holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and Extended DISK Certification.
In the past he has been a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (A.I.T.D), the International Coaching Federation (I.C.F) and Board Certification and Membership with the International Hypnosis Federation.
In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys studying spiritual theology, and being in prayer and meditation. He loves spending time with family and friends, and going on adventures with his beloved wife Mary.
