Guiding and cooking cacao in all forms from static dances in Pisac, Cusco, To more introverted ceremony’s such as combining it with yin yoga and meditation, To a more psychotherapy driven approach in one on one sessions. I carry a medicine bundle from the Q’ero shamans and have been initiated in a few traditional shamanic techniques of Peru.
This means i draw in the energies of nature to energetically heal and create positive change in my clients lives. The Q’ero believe that the way to heal and be connected with our internal and external selfs is to fully become one with nature and channel these energies to fix remove and clean dense energy in our clients energetic body and chakra system. Once this is achieved through ritual, the person is able to heal the trauma they once carried. since the energetic in print of this trauma keeps us bound to repetitive patterns attracting negative experiences and emotions. once this energy is released the client is able to move on and heal.

I will chanel the sacred mountains of Peru to create an energetic container. Followed by Entering in to ceremony
