The Robots have gained a reputation for their high-energy performances at festivals around Victoria, Southern NSW, Outback Australia and numerous club events throughout Melbourne.
Highlights include the Main Floor at Earthcore (VIC) 2016, Plane Henge stage at Burn Out 2016 (SA) and the ‘Right Side of Wrong’ stage at Wide Open Space (NT) 2017.
Not content with only DJ’ing, they also produce and self-release their own quirky but exciting music ranging from neuro-hop to face melting electro-house, bass-house, IDM and twisted neuro-funk drum’n’bass – Their sets typically feature many original tracks, works in progress, custom edits and other audio trickery.
They have also been known to pick up instruments and perform live versions of their club tracks when the occasion calls for it. Featuring live synths, wireless keytar, fx manipulation, computer effected guitars, vocoded vocals and when appropriate, blistering live drums (with special guest Ryan Perillo of the bands Sirus and Witchgrinder).
