Uncovering a personal tale of one’s connection to the arts, Austrian born and now Melbourne based artist BINI is schooling dance floors with her signature hues of progressive house and melodic house & techno. On reflection, music has always been an integral part of BINI’s life and has paved the way for her spot in the clubs and across festival stages in Australia, Europe and beyond, channeling that true pursuit of electronic utopia. Celebrating techno, indie dance, afro house, and organic house notions across her versatile catalogue, BINI’s sound garners conversation amongst club goers and niche music enthusiasts with her powerful, yet dreamy and strong but delicate musical aura.

From Melbourne’s beloved Revolver Upstairs, My Aeon or Glamorama, just to name a few, to notable festivals and events including Strawberry Fields, Esoteric Festival, Chi Wow Wah City and Piknic Electronik, BINI delivers a diverse art to the underground music scene, making dance floors a true ode to house and techno, while also supporting the likes of Township Rebellion, Eelke Kleijn, Einmusik or Bebetta.

Having repped her sounds at renowned events by Thick As Thieves, Organic Audio, Novel, Untitled and Morning After, she blew the crowd away at her own sold out head line show at Under The Lamp by The Sound Project. BINI has also launched her own event called SASS, that ultimately works with and supports women across the industry. In 2021 BINI topped off her year with a residency at Melbourne’s own OneSixOne nightclub and followed up with boutique Europe tours from 2022 onwards, being invited multiple times to play at renowned Sisyphos in Berlin, as well as Fundbureau in Hamburg, Kosmos Kuriosum and Sass in Vienna, Recovery Collective at Amsterdam Dance Event and multiple shows in Portugal. On top of that she made her long-awaited debut in Sri Lanka by touring around the country and recently returned to Asia for the third time by being invited to showcase her talent at one of Bali’s hottest venues, Hatch in Uluwatu. Upon her return to Australia, BINI stood out with a celebrated set at the one and only Weaselstock, as well as supporting Gorgon City.

Outside of the clubs, she keeps the groove with guest mixes, including a very successful drop on 333 Sessions, Wildwood and Leipzig-based Club Mood Vibes Podcast. BINI also takes the reins across the club and festival industry, known for capturing moments in time as a photographer and videographer and interviewing a plethora of touring artists at Thick As Thieves events, Strawberry Fields and more. Coming into a fresh season, the energy is running wild for BINI as she is set to warm the hearts of dance floors across the globe.
