Due to the current ever changing climate we are in, we are receiving many questions about Esoteric 2021 the event and it’s ticketing. Before getting in touch please take a read through our FAQ below to save yourself some time awaiting a response.

Is the event going ahead in 2021?
We had planned to go ahead in 2021, however, due to the recent circumstances and outbreak across Australia, Esoteric 2021 has been postponed forward to the Labour Day Long Weekend on 11-15 March 2022. Early access passes will still be valid for the limited people who want to come on the Thursday and beat the rush and enjoy an extra day/night at Eso.

What happens to my ESO21 Ticket?
Your ESO21 ticket is now valid for ESO22 on 11-15 March 2022. If you cannot make the postponed date then a refund window will open for 2 weeks starting at 6pm Wednesday the 29th of September and closing at 6pm Wednesday 13th October. Full refund details & instructions can be found here.

The event is sold out but I want to buy a ticket. HELP?!?
Excess tickets after the refund process is complete will be released in November and made available to those who joined the pre-registration ballot for ESO21 back in 2020

I’ve got a ticket but I need a vehicle, early access pass and/or care package?
No problem, you can purchase any of these addons online at any time via triniq.com/esoteric2021

I’ve lost my ticket, how can I get it resent?
Head over to triniq.com/profile and the original purchaser can log in to manage & redownload your tickets.

Where can I change a name on my ticket?
For festival tickets we have disabled the ability to use Triniq’s name change feature. Instead the original purchaser must email hello@esotericfestival.com.au to request a name change. Our team will guide you through the process once we hear from you.

We cannot name change birthday, volunteer or local buloke tickets.

If you need to change an addon (vehicle pass, early entry pass or care package) the original purchaser can do that online at triniq.com/profile. Manual name changes are only required for the festival tickets.

I need to sell a ticket as I no longer need it, where best I can do this?
Head over to tixel.com to safely resell a ticket. This is the only way you can sell tickets.

I tried to list my ticket on Tixel and they told me I need the correct date on the ticket?
This is incorrect information that the lower level tixel support is issuing, there has been a fix made by their senior team that allows all valid tickets to be sold regardless of the date printed on the ticket. It just needs to be a valid ticket for Esoteric 2022 (Either March 2021, November 2021 or March 2022 dates will work).

I want to volunteer at Esoteric and work for my ticket, is this possible?
Yes, we have limited spots that have opened up. Head over to the volunteer page to read the terms and apply at esotericfestival.com.au/get-involved/volunteers-application
