AustraliaTawanda Mzungu and Nethaniel Rochester AKA the Regulators, moved from Byron Bay and Canberra respectively.
They were brought together by Melbournes house and techo culture.
The Regulators begun DJing at house parties and have now progressed to playing various clubs interstate and throughout Melbourne.
Intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialised knowledge or interest.
